The hotel facilities were great and spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making our trip even more good. The location was ideal, providing easy transportation and parking. the breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices.

The room was great and clean, exactly as we expected from the pictures online. the location was also convenient and offered easy access to a variety of activities. We also appreciated the fact that they offered a spread of breakfast options in the morning.

The bed was cozy and we had nice city views from the window. , the hotel's location was convenient for us as it was close to a park and some restaurants.
Our stay wasn't very enjoyable. We had a terrible dining experience as the food was overpriced and didn't live up to our expectations.

We stayed in a hotel with a great location, as it offered some stunning views. the rooms were stylish and very comfortable, with plush bedding and super clean bathrooms. the staff was friendly and helpful, willing to assist with any requests we had. Although the breakfast choices were limited, the food was delicious and fresh.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean, just like the photos. The hotel's attention to detail really impressed me, from the luxurious room amenities such as ironing facilities and a mini-bar, to the comfortable sitting area and trouser press. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a big plus and made it easy for me to stay connected. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The resort was very good. Room wassuper clean and cozy. Beautiful location by Ba Be. Friendly and helpful staff. Refreshing swimming pool. Delicious food at the restaurant. Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Good value for money.
